The package is included:
- Rubber HOP x1
- HOP-UP Adjuster x1
- Rubber Shim x1
- Metal Shim x1
How to use:
1. When you put on the new HOP-UP on the barrel, make sure to check if the
HOP-UP rubber is assembled well and in right position.
2. Re-insert the barrel back to the copper pipe.
3. Here, put the small rubber (height 0.9 mm), if you want to enhance the effect
of the HOP-UP, you could add more shim on it such as 0.1mm~0.2mm.(The
package you receive should have a 0.1 mm paper shim.)
4. Put back the Steel Ball.( Watch out the ball, it is tiny and easy to lost)
5. Assemble the HOP-UP adjuster.
5.1. The Adjuster with threads (bottom) should face the rear of copper pipe.
5.2. Don’t whirl the adjuster fiercely; let the ball and the hop run smoothly, until
you feel the adjuster’s threads is on the right track with copper pipe. (The action
could avoid the damage of the threads on the copper.) Use your right thumb
press the ball down, and your left hand screw the adjuster.
5.3. Test the function of the HOP-UP.
6. Check the HOP-UP function and the position if it is ok.
7. Put the shim to cover the HOP-UP. (In case of the front end spring interfere
the hop-up assembly.
8. If you feel that it is quite tight or hard to whirl the adjuster, you could cut
short of the spring.
9. Re-assemble all the part back and it’s ready to do the test fire.
