Pulsonite Cylinder
This ultra-precise "Precision" cylinder, which has overturned industry standards, now features Pulsonite treatment, boasting the highest corrosion resistance and durability of any stainless steel surface modification.

Made by cold-forging with Pulsonite treatment, achieving an inner diameter tolerance of ±1/100mm. For bolt-action systems, where efficient piston acceleration and air ejection are key, this is the ultimate cylinder, meticulously refined with a focus on wear resistance.
The tapered cylinder head is
made of SUS303 stainless steel and features an optimally tapered interior, achieving greater power conversion than conventional heads.

The VC (vacuum) piston
is divided into three parts: the head and body are made of durable duralumin, while the rearmost section is made of carbon steel, as it is the part that bears the most stress due to the sear. By using the right materials in the right places, we have created an ideal piston in terms of durability.
The head is equipped with a "vacuum system" that eliminates negative pressure in the center of the head.

Spring guide:
Because this part is susceptible to stress from the expansion and contraction of the spring during cocking, a single Delrin thrust ring is attached to the base to reduce the load directly on the guide base. The fully machined stainless steel boasts high dimensional precision, and the shaft is thoroughly polished for smooth pump action.
