Instead of using standard stainless steel pipes, these cylinders are cold-forged for precision, achieving an internal diameter tolerance of ±1/100mm, the same precision as a typical custom inner barrel. the ultimate cylinder series, meticulously crafted for the bolt-action system, where efficient piston acceleration and air ejection are key. "Consideration of the Boss Connection Point" The connection with the boss, which is the most critical part of a custom cylinder, is carefully considered.

While many cylinders use hollow split pins, we determined that these do not offer the same durability . Instead, we adopted a solid parallel pin and welded the connection point, resulting in a tough design that can withstand repeated cocking over a long period of time. [Tapered Cylinder Head] This part determines how efficiently the air expelled from the cylinder is converted into power. PDI places the same importance on this as the inner barrel and chamber, using SUS303 stainless steel with an optimally tapered interior to achieve greater power conversion than conventional heads. Furthermore, optimizing the nozzle length optimizes the BB retention position, resulting in more stable power output. [HD (Hard) Piston] Divided into three parts, the head and body are made of durable duralumin, while the rearmost section, which is the sear and bears the most load, is made of carbon steel. Using the right materials in the right places results in an ideal piston in terms of durability. This product is also a highly airtight version that eliminates the vacuum system, making it popular for its higher muzzle velocity than VC pistons. While VC pistons can increase flight distance, they take longer to seal, resulting in a difference in muzzle velocity compared to HD pistons. [Spring Guide] The spring guide is a part that is susceptible to stress caused by the expansion and contraction of the spring during cocking, so a Delrin thrust ring is attached to the base to reduce the load directly on the guide base. The fully machined stainless steel boasts high dimensional accuracy, and the shaft is thoroughly polished to ensure a smooth pump action.
